Do I need to provide the lights, or do you supply them?
We provide a complete, all-inclusive service. We use only commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs and custom-cut wiring that we bring to your property. This ensures a perfect fit for your roofline and means you never have to worry about storing bulky bins or replacing broken strands yourself.
What happens if a bulb goes out or a South Jersey storm knocks a strand loose?
Our “48-Hour Service Guarantee” has you covered. If you notice a burnt-out bulb or weather-related displacement, just give us a call. We’ll have a technician at your home within two business days to fix it at no additional cost.
Will my electric bill skyrocket with a large display?
Not at all. We use high-efficiency LED technology that consumes up to 90% less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs. Most of our clients find that even a large, vibrant display only adds a few dollars to their monthly PSE&G or Atlantic City Electric bill.
When do the lights typically come down?
Removals generally begin the first week of January. We follow a pre-set schedule to ensure all displays are safely removed, labeled, and placed into our climate-controlled storage by the end of the month. You don’t even need to be home for the takedown.
Can you install lights on high peaks or steep Jersey Shore rooflines?
Yes. Our team is fully insured and trained to use specialized equipment, including professional-grade ladders and safety harnesses, to reach high gables and complex rooflines that are dangerous for homeowners to attempt themselves.
